Biography
Dr. Gita Bajaj with 13 years of industry and 12 years of academic experience, is a PhD from AMU Aligarh and a B.E. (with distinction) from Thapar University, India. She has studied Case Teaching at the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA and is a Case Teacher and a prolific Case writer. She is recipient of the National Award for Best Case Writer 2010 bestowed by the ISB- IVEY. Her (co-edited) book Innovations in People Management: Cases in Organizational Behaviour, HR and Communication, is a well-received book in the HR fraternity. Her areas of research interest are Managing Change, Crisis Communication, Conflict and Negotiation, and Leadership
