Biography
Dr. Shahina Javad is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior at IMT Dubai. She is a fellow (PhD) from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India. She has completed her MBA (with first rank) from University of Kerala. She has qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lectureship in Management and is a recipient of the prestigious Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) by the University Grants Commission, India. She has around 7 years of experience in industry and teaching. Her professional experience are in the areas of Change Management, Project Management and E-governance. Her research focuses on leadership, organizational politics, human capital, pay satisfaction and high performance work systems. Dr. Shahina holds Career Management, Hiring and Performance Appraisal course certification from HARVARD-ManageMentor®. She has completed Leading People and Teams Specialization from University of Michigan and People Analytics course from Wharton Business School through coursera.org.
