Biography
"Prof Dr Tarek H. M. EL-Fouly received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, in 1996 and 2002, respectively, and his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University Of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada, in 2008. He joined CanmetENERGY, Natural Resources Canada, in 2008, as a Transmission and Distribution Research Engineer. In 2010, he was appointed as Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, University of Waterloo. In 2014, he was nominated to Smart Microgrids Research Manager at CanmetENERGY, Natural Resources Canada. "
