March 2008 - December 2013 General surgery, Laparoscopic surgery (appendectomy, cholecystectomy, adhesions, exploratory, etc.), in addition to head of ER ( Managed ER-department, Wrote policies, Prepared pathways, Was part of the JCI team and passed the accreditation twice, Was part of the ISO and passed it three times)  Did all surgery admissions, procedures, discharges (under my full responsibility, supervision).  Did all general surgery and laparoscopy procedures, average of 25-30 big operations/month (1200 surgeries)  Head of ER- responsibilities: My additional responsibility was the emergency department management, part of admin committees. The hospital is about 160 beds, JCIA, ISO, grade A+ I first who start injury notification system in UAE. We had many contract and agreement with AL BUTTAIN airport, ADNOC, HAAD...
