Richard Stent-Torriani is Vice President Congress Management, Chief Operating Officer – Americas, and Managing Director MCI Geneva. Driving the strategic growth of MCI in the Americas, Richard oversees a fast-growing number of regional offices and works hand-in-hand with each office’s managing director to build the MCI brand and foster customer loyalty in North and Latin America.
