Biography

Strategic planning and implementation responsibilities, from RFP to implementation and subsequent optimization of workflow, with clients, to ensure successful deployment of HIS/EMR programs across the Middle East. Streamlining integrated clinical workflows across the continuum of care is a key goal to be achieved by our clients. Starting with alignment of vision and mission, driving that through the system design, creating future state workflows that are understood and accepted are key to success. My role is to lead the team delivering this service and to create/maintain the executive relationships that help bring about mutual success in the region. Deep knowledge of healthcare in general and Middle East in particular brings further value to our own and our clients organisations. Specialties: Strategic alignment, implementation planning, change management, clinical adoption/ transformation in deploying EMR's at country, state or organisation level.
