Biography
Dr. Mohan completed his MBBS from Dr. S. N. Medical College, Jodhpur, India followed by MD (Anaesthesiology) from S.P. Medical College, Bikaner, India. He has more than 9 years of experience in general anesthesia and critical care. Dr. Mohan's areas of interest include laryngoscopy, central line cannulation, central neuraxial block, upper extremity block, intercostal, somatic block i.e.coeliac plexus, stellate ganglion, peripheral nerve blocks like maxillary, mandibular, supraorbital, glossophyngeal, interscalene, sciatic, femoral, poplitealand ankle block. Diagnostic lumber sympathectomy, arterial cannulation, ventilatory management of critical patient, paediatric anesthesia, neuroanesthesia, labour analgesia, broncoscopic intubation intrapleural block and percutaneous tracheostomy are his other specialisations. Dr. Mohan has received the ISA GOLDCON - 2001 (Study of ranitidine and pentaprazole on gastric PH and volume during Gynaecological laproscopicsurgery) and ISA RAJCON-2004 (Comparison of fentanyl with intravenous glycopyrrolate and granisetron for preventing intraoperative & postoperative nausea vomiting in caesarean section under spinal anesthesia) He is in the process of publishing “Comparison of fentanyl with intravenous glycopyrrolate and granisetron for preventing intraoperative and postoperative nausea vomiting in caesarean section under spinal anesthesia” He has attended various workshops on conferences around the world including ISA-GOLDCON-2001, ISA-RAJCON-2004, Delhi Critical Care Symposium in Delhi, India in 2007 and a workshop on retromolar intubation in New Delhi, India.
