Prashanth Pervatikar

Biography

Dr Prashant Pervatikar is a Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on management of spinal disorders. He completed his undergraduate training from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belgaum, India in 2000 and postgraduate orthopaedics residency from B J Medical College, Ahmedabad, India in 2004. He worked as an Assistant Professor (2004-2009) and as an Associate Professor (2009-2010) in a teaching hospital attached to a medical college (SDM CMSH) in India before joining NMC Healthcare in 2010. He was conferred with the European Spine Course Diploma in 2013. Dr. Prashant has performed more than 300 spine surgical procedures since joining NMC Healthcare. He has a special interest in the field of minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery.
