Mark Parrish

Biography

 Mark Parrish joined the Omnicell Board in January 2013. Mr. Parrish is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TridentUSA Health Services. He also serves as a Senior Advisor at Frazier Healthcare Ventures. His previous positions include Chief Executive Officer for Healthcare Supply Chain Services of Cardinal Health Inc., Chief Executive Officer Director of Pharmaceutical Distribution and Provider Services of Cardinal Health Inc. and President and Chief Operating Officer of Supply Chain Services of Cardinal Health Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Parrish held several leadership positions in Cardinal Health's pharmaceutical distribution and pharmacy-franchising units. Mr. Parrish is a director at Mylan Corporation (MYL) and is the Chairman of the Board of Silvergate Pharmaceuticals. He also serves as the President and CEO of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers. Mr. Parrish is a graduate of the University of California,
