Prof. Abdul Jabbar Mehdi Salih; graduated from Baghdad University Medical School 1966; Trained in surgery in Iraq and Unite Kingdom; obtained the Fellowship of the Royal colleges of Surgeons of Edinburgh and London, been elected to the Fellowship of the American College of Surgeons; with Master of Medical Ethics and Law.
