Biography
Dr Teng did his undergraduate studies at the National University of Singapore. He earned an economics PhD from the University of Toronto (Canada) and a political science PhD and a statistics MS from Duke University (USA). He also has an LLM from the University of London and a postgraduate certificate in higher education from the University of Nottingham. Prior to joining AURAK, Dr Teng had held positions at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), Academia Sinica (Taiwan), National Taiwan University (Taiwan), the University of Nottingham (Malaysia) and Harbin Institute of Technology (China).
