Biography
Dr. Arunprasad holds a PhD degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT M), India. He holds professional certifications like SHRM-SCP, awarded by the highest and coveted HR body, Society for Human Resource Management, USA. Certified Innermetrix Consultant- Applied Axiological Theory, ADV Insights Profiling, USA "Certified Compensation & Benefits Manager”, awarded by CAMI, USA and “Situational Leadership II”, certification by The Ken Blanchard companies. He has rich 14+ years’ corporate experience in Human Resource Management & Organizational Development Domain, worked in Geographies like Europe, US, Middle East, China, and India. Companies include Landmark Group (Middle East), EDS, MphasiS (an HP company) -EMEA Region based out of Netherlands, Deloitte Touche and Tohmatsu & Bank of America (US & India). He held lead positions spanning across Total Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HRIS, HR Business Partnering & HR Operations domain.

His research interests are in the area of Human Resource Management Practices, Strategic Human Resource Management, Organizational Learning, Knowledge Management, Talent Management, Strategic Planning, Learning Organziation and Knowledge Strategy.
