Biography
Dr. Ibtesam is in charge of developing various health projects within her region of responsibility, alongside leading, advising, and guiding on best practice and the group's expansion initiatives within the UAE. She previously headed the Health Strategy and Performance team for UAE Vision 2021 at the Office of the Prime Minister. She began her career with the UAE Ministry of Health, becoming Director of Business Development and Projects at Dubai Health Authority. Dr. Ibtesam's extensive qualifications include MBBS RCSI, Arab Board FM, and MsHM RCSI. She has also won several awards for professional excellence and scientific achievement.
