Biography
Abdallah Tubaishat is an associate professor in the College of Information Technology at Zayed University, Abu Dhabi Campus. He holds a PhD degree in Software Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, USA. Dr. Tubaishat has around 15 Years of experience in teaching and research: one year as a full-time visiting professor in Chicago State University, USA; six years of experience as an assistant professor in Jordan University of Science & Technology (JUST), Jordan; and fourteen years of experience at ZU. Dr. Tubaishat was promoted to associate professor from ZU in 2008. His research interests include, software engineering e-learning, and IT education. He has published a book in English entitled "Computer Skills", and has twelve Journal papers, one Book chapter, and eighteen conference publications. While at ZU, Dr. Tubaishat taught several undergraduate and graduate courses.
Research Interest
Abdallah Tubaishat interest includes Software Engineering, Enterprise Computing, Management Information Systems, Research Methods, System Analysis and Design, Databases, Object Oriented Programming languages, Discrete Math and others.
