Jagadish Dandu

Biography

Dr. Jagadish Dandu has joined College of Business at Zayed University in Spring 2014. While pursuing his Ph.D. he worked as a Lecturer and Assistant Instructor at University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). He has taught courses in Corporate Finance, Portfolio Management, Derivatives, Computer Programming and Business Statistics in College of Business at UTEP. Prior to his academic pursuits he had done his graduate work in Computer Science at UTEP and has diverse industry experience as Software Engineer and Manager of Information Systems in several companies in Silicon Valley and El Paso, USA. He is actively involved in research in the areas of Corporate Financing, Governance, Investment activities and Earnings Management. He was a presenter, discussant, and session char in several major Finance conferences including FMA and SWFA. He has an active cross disipline collaborative research interest in the area of financial implications of information security.
