Biography
Teresa Arora interested and intrigued about all aspects of sleep and particularly adolescent sleep. She have a strong research background in sleep across all age groups of the lifespan and how this behavior can contribute to a range of health and performance outcomes. She have won several prestigious awards and have received many invitations to author editorials relating to the most current sleep research findings. She have served on various committees of the Sleep Research Society and she also a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. My sleep research has received international recognition and media attention.

Teresa Arora research interest includes clinical research; research methodology and statistics; biopsychology; health psychology.
