Biography
Carl Nicholson is the Global Business Process Services Delivery Lead for Accenture Operations. In this role, he is responsible for the delivery of Business Process services, leading more than 100,000 professionals in over 50 delivery centres across five continents. Carl also serves on the Accenture Operations Global Executive Committee. Before assuming his current position, Carl was Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Service Delivery Lead for the Europe, Africa and Latin America region, a member of the Accenture Post Trade Processing Management team and held multiple delivery leadership roles within Accenture Operations Finance & Accounting, Procurement and Industry Specific BPO offerings in Europe.
