Biography
David joined in April 2016 and is responsible for leading the organisation’s knowledge management systems, implementing the Data and Information Strategy, including performance reporting, and leading on our annual planning processes to drive effectiveness and efficiencies across all of our services. With his expertise in large scale service re-design and change management, stakeholder management, strategy, data management and Information and Communications Technology support, David will drive Addaction’s new Strategy 2016-2021 forward with cross-cutting programmes and partnership projects. David joined Addaction from Agilysis, where he worked across the tri-London boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster on a change management programme, which led to cost reductions and service improvements. Previously he has worked for Business Link London, Serco, RNIB and Scope. David is also a Trustee at the Jubilee Hall Trust charity that runs gyms and community wellbeing programmes.
