Biography
John is Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive. He became a member of the Board in July 2004. As a member of the Board, John has ultimate functional responsibility for accounting and finance, treasury, taxation, risk and assurance for the company. Prior to joining Aggregate Industries, John was Executive Director of the Industrial Minerals Division of Anglo American plc, and a Director of Tarmac plc. John is also a Governor of Thomas Telford City Technology College, a Governor of Walsall Academy, a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a Director of Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club.
