Biography
Patrick has been involved in commercial leek growing for over 20 years, and has excellent knowledge of the leek crop and the requirements of the customer.He uses his experience to carefully select soil types and varieties to ensure the availability of a first class UK grown leek crop from July through to the following May.His expertise has been put to good use co-ordinating research projects alongside the Leek Growers Association.Patrick also manages the other crops including red and brown onions, wheat, sugar beet and maize.
