Biography
Stuart is our Production Manager with responsibility for the leek packing operation on the Greenshoots site.He started off in a lead, but very hands-on role in the company many years ago and has been able to develop and advance as the company has experienced huge growth and success.His development and training has been to a high certificated level for personnel, product and process management, which along with Stuart's experience helps in what can be a varied, complex and dynamically changing working environment.Stuart says "The highlight of my career so far is the part I’ve played in the organisational development which has allowed the business to expand, and the many changes that I’ve been responsible for to keep the business at peak efficiency, always two steps ahead of the competition, sustainable and profitable."
