Biography
Michael Diekmann was born in Bielefeld, Germany in 1954 and studied law and philosophy at the University of Göttingen, Germany. From 1998, Michael Diekmann was a member of the Board of Management of Allianz SE. From 2003 until May 2015, he was Chairman of the Board of Management of Allianz SE. Diekmann has been a member of the BASF Supervisory Board since May 6, 2003.
