Biography
Wayne T. Smith was born in Rochester, New York, United States, in 1960. From 1978 onwards, he studied Chemical Engineering at Syracuse University, United States, and received his bachelor’s degree in 1982. In 1989, he completed his master in Business Administration (MBA) at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, United States.
