"Waldemar Helber was born in Weilerbach, Germany in 1957. He trained as a power current technician at BASF AG (since January 14, 2008 BASF SE) from 1972 to 1976. He has been a member of the Works Council of BASF AG, Ludwigshafen Site, since 2003 and a full-time trade union delegate since 2007. Since 2010, Helber has been a member of the BASF Works Council Europe. Helber has been a member of the BASF Supervisory Board since April 29, 2016."
