Biography
Christian Greiser is the global leader of the Operations practice and a core member of the Industrial Goods practice at The Boston Consulting Group. He is also a member of the firm’s Europe leadership team and of the Regional Advisory Committee of Platinion, a BCG IT subsidiary. Since joining BCG in 2001, Christian has advised clients in Europe, Asia, and the Americas across a number of industries, including steel, engineering, automotive, chemicals, energy, and consumer goods. He has acquired deep expertise in profit improvement and the transformation of large operations.
