Biography
John has over 15 years' M&A experience and leads this service offering for the East Midlands region. Deal experience includes both acquisitions and disposals on behalf of corporates/management teams/trade acquirers, private equity as well as banks. He has worked on many transactions, across a wide variety of sectors including retail, consumer markets, financial services, technology/media/telecoms, manufacturing and automotive. John holds an MBA, has worked overseas in a business in China and has previously worked for a bank in a leverage finance team, giving him a unique insight into funding structures on acquisitions and management buy outs.
