Biography
Rick has over 20 years' audit and advisory experience acting for a range of corporate clients, including full list, AIM, international, IPS and co-operatives, institutionally backed and privately owned entities. Rick has significant experience of operating for high growth businesses, during which he has supported organic and acquisitive growth challenges, and a full range of exit strategies inclusive of IPO preparation. Rick is an Audit partner for the East Midlands.
