Bruce Sutherland

Biography

Bruce ensures each and every one of Axis studios creations feels truly alive, working to ensure the Animation & Layout department has the tools and knowledge needed to deliver above and beyond studio and client expectations. Over his many years in the role, Bruce has worked with numerous directors on a range of cinematography approaches and performance styles – from subtle emotional encounters to heavily choreographed action. His experience has also led him to supervise both motion capture and keyframe projects across a litany of industry-leading projects. As Head of Animation & Layout he is responsible for overseeing the work, education, and growth of a team of talented artists, while also driving the development of Axis Studios’ animation pipeline.
