Biography
Mr. Tony Whelan serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Bio Products Laboratory Ltd. Mr. Whelan serves as a Director of DONTON International Investments Limited. Mr. Whelan is primarily responsible for evaluating the products and market positioning as well as sales channel and marketing management of portfolio companies. He served senior management positions with a number of international active companies.

The majority of his many years in the systems business have been spent in Asia, USA, and mainland Europe when he has set up international operations for a number of companies. Mr. Whelan is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and holds degrees in electronic engineering and computer science from the University of Manchester in the UK.
