Mark Aldrich

Biography

Mark joined Chrysaor in January 2011. He is a career HSEQ professional with extensive worldwide experience. Mark has a Masters Degree in risk management and safety technology from Aston University and the internationally recognised NEBOSH OHS Diploma. He is a chartered member of the institute of occupational safety and health. He started his working career as a naval cadet and rose to the rank of Chief Officer before moving in to HSEQ and operational advisory roles at Maersk. He was responsible for UK HSEQ at Maersk Contractors including their drilling rig and FPSO fleet and their respective safety cases. From 2000 to 2006 he was International Division EHS Manager at Burlington Resources and latterly was Group HSEQ Manager for E.ON Ruhrgas North Sea. 

Research Interest

Mark's career in the marine and oil and gas industries has spanned over 35 years and he is active in supporting the UK oil and gas industry through a variety of specialist industry work groups.
