Biography
"Natalie is a psychologist researching behaviour change in health professionals, specifically in blood transfusion practice. She joined City University London in August 2013. She previously worked at the University of Sussex and the University of Chichester. Natalie initially worked as a Research Assistant, and completed a PhD, in psychology of appetite at the University of Sussex. Alongside her PhD, Natalie taught a wide range of seminars and practical classes to undergraduate and postgraduate students, with extensive experience in teaching Research Methods. This teaching experience led to an appointment as Associate Lecturer at the University of Chichester, where she also became involved in a project setting up an educational tool for diabetes self-care. Natalie is currently a full-time Research Fellow at City University London, working on a NIHR funded project aiming to develop and enhance audit and feedback interventions to increase the uptake of evidence-based transfusion practice."
