Biography
Ryan M. Lance Chairman, CEO and President ConocoPhillips Mr. Ryan M. Lance has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ConocoPhillips since May 2012. Mr. Lance served as Senior Vice President of Exploration & Production – International of ConocoPhillips and ConocoPhillips (U.K.) Limited since May 2009. Mr. Lance served as President of Exploration & Production, Asia Africa, Middle East and Russia/Caspian of ConocoPhillips and also served as its Senior Vice President of Technology since 2007. Mr. Lance serves on the Boards of both the American Petroleum Institute and the Independent Petroleum Association of America. He is an Advisory board Member of Montana Tech University in Butte, Montana, his alma mater.
