Andre Soares

Biography

He has being a Lecturer in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour and also in Organisational Psychology in universities in Portugal and England. He teaches or taught subjects like Human Resources Management, Leadership, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Working in Teams, among others. He has also been the supervisor of several post grad students. He founded and has been the Executive Advisor (Executive Director) of tbs – Tomar Business School, a structure integrated on the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar (Portugal) that offers post grad and CPD programmes for executives and managers from different organisations and sectors.
