Biography
Arfan Ghani holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi, Pakistan, M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and Ph.D. in Neural Engineering from the University of Ulster in N. Ireland, UK. He has worked as post-doc on UK/EU research grants (EPSRC/EU-FP7) at Ulster, Liverpool and Newcastle University. He has been PI/Co-PI on KTP/German Aerospace Centre research grants in collaboration with UK/EU institutions. Arfan's industrial experience involves working as Research Scientist at Intel Research, University of Cambridge, UK. Arfan has published over 50 papers and currently collaborating with number of research groups in Pakistan, Korea and Germany.
