Biography
As an academic he has been involved in teaching and researching in a number of Universities in UK, Pakistan and Bulgaria. At Coventry University he is involved in the carrying out research in the areas of Corporate governance and Islamic finance. He is currently teaching on the International Corporate Governance module at the LLM level, Banking and Finance law and Company law at the Under graduate level. He has presented a number of research papers at international Conferences in UK, USA, Pakistan, Qatar and Kuwait.
Research Interest
His current research revolves around comparitive corporate governance, especially in context of developing countries and devloped countries. He is working on a monograph taking Pakistan and UK as a case study to analyse the role of Shareholder minority protection and Director's Duties as tools of good corporate Governance.
