Keelin Moore

Biography

Keelin is a qualified RGN, trained in the Mater Hospital Dublin, one of Ireland’s most renowned Teaching Hospitals. She successfully completed a Higher Diploma in Critical Care Nursing and specialised in this area until she branched into Healthcare Recruitment in 2001. Keelin joined Cpl Healthcare in 2004 and, since then, has recruited Nursing, Allied Health and Medical Staff for national and international positions. She is highly experienced in Project Management and is currently project managing two large NHS Projects with 100+ nursing vacancies each. She is responsible for planning the whole recruitment project from start to finish, arranging the logistics of each trip, ensuring all submitted nurses meet the requirement of the hospital and that all candidates are fully compliant prior to commencing employment with the NHS. Working as a Recruitment Consultant has allowed her incorporate her experience from frontline services, ensuring the clients’ needs are to the forefront of the recruitment process.
