Biography

Liz and a dedicated team have developed a suite of Learning Services to enable organisations to engage with Cranfield’s key academic knowledge and management expertise in more flexible and integrated ways where ever they are in the world. Over the last 12 years Liz has led a dedicated team to create a suite of Learning of Services to provide organisations with access to Cranfield's thought leadership and management expertise in more flexible and integrated ways. The range of services include: Assessment & Development, Business Simulations, Evaluation, Networked Learning, and the Knowledge Interchange Online. Liz initially joined Cranfield as an Executive Development Consultant spending eight years working with the boards and senior executives of both public and private sector organisations in Europe, Africa, America and the Middle East. In this consultancy role Liz designed and directed executive development initiatives for the senior managers in a broad range of sectors, including a pioneering consortium programme for senior executive development. Liz’s background is in executive development and marketing. She started her career in the retail sector and from there joined Lucas Industries Plc, working in their corporate training team and helping establish their marketing education and consultancy group. Before joining Cranfield, Liz spent two years developing the business for Strat*X an international consultancy specialising in strategic marketing.
