Biography
Onno’s background in psychological research, business, and technological design enables him to approach organizational challenges from different angles and deliver comprehensive solutions. He has a strong interest in customer experience management, innovation, and structured problem solving. Before joining Cranfield he held director and ‘head of’ positions in both strategy and operations at American Express and eBay and co-founded ThinkStrait, an innovation consultancy. Prior to moving to the UK in 2007 he worked as a management consultant at MSR Consulting Group, following a stint as a design engineer at Océ Technologies (now Canon) in The Netherlands.
