Biography
Richard is currently Associate Dean for Research and Professor of Comparative Employment Relations at Middlesex University Business School. He holds positions as Visiting Professor for Cranfield School of Management and the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce, Clermont-Ferrand in France where he is also a member of the comité scientifique. He is a member of Senior Common Room at Kellogg College, Oxford. Richard has thirty years’ experience of teaching within adult education and fifteen years’ teaching in higher education including for the Open University. He has taught on the Cranfield DBA, MBA and Research Methods courses and continues to teach on the Cranfield Masters in International Human Resource Management.
