Sally Potter

Biography

Sally is a Visiting Fellow at The Praxis Centre, Cranfield University School of Management where she has contributed to flagship programmes for top executives for over 15 years. Sally’s specialty is using depth psychology in practical ways, enabling clients to increase their potential and achieve lasting transformation. As part of her work with Cranfield, Sally is closely involved in ongoing collaboration with top companies who are purposefully developing and retaining high calibre female talent. As a leadership development consultant and executive coach, Sally has twenty years professional experience, facilitating, leading and designing successful interventions that focus clients on business imperatives and enhance individual/ team performance. Her international work includes leadership development in Malta, Spain, Cyprus, the Middle East and the United States, as well as coaching corporate clients from all over the world. Sally is a certified coach and trainer in the Centaur model, which enables business leaders to apply psychology practically at work. Her expertise as an accredited psychotherapist helps individuals and teams to safely explore organisational systems and relationship dynamics. Trained in Positive Psychology as well as fitness and wellbeing, Sally brings a range of perspectives to processes of change and development. Sally’s passion is learning: many of her interests, like developmental psychology, mindfulness, and brain science link in to her working life.
