Biography
Peter Pack has 24 years of experience in the successful establishment and growth of international life science companies. For 16 years, he was CEO and Managing Director of product-oriented companies ranging from early stage up to international commercialization and profitability with several thousand certified products; predominantly working in Germany, the UK and Poland. He raised over € 54 m in venture capital, worked on several Boards and headed companies with up to 400 employees. He started his career in the initial team of MorphoSys AG (1993-1999) as co-inventor of the commercially most successful phage library and was co-founder and CEO of the cancer diagnostics company mtm laboratories (1999-2008). The companies for which Peter worked in central positions were either successfully sold (mtm laboratories, Polytech Ophthalmologie, Signature Diagnostics), highly profitable (LGC Standards, Polytech) and/or went public (MorphoSys AG).
