Duncan Francis

Biography

Duncan joined CVS in July 2012. Prior to joining CVS, Duncan was employed as Commercial and Operations Director at Vetspeed Ltd. Under its CPC brand, Vetspeed grew under Duncan’s commercial leadership to be the leading pet crematorium business in the UK. During his eight years with Vetspeed, Duncan oversaw the re-branding and re-positioning of CPC to be service provider of choice for the emerging corporate veterinary market and the creation of the Novus Environmental brand to exploit opportunities in the commercial waste sector. Prior to Vetspeed, Duncan was employed as Northern Regional Manager for HR & payroll services company ADP, Account Director for e-fulfilment company iForce and as Business Development Manager for the Brooks Service Group. For all this, Duncan’s roots lie in retail management, where he spent the first seven years of his working life, having completed two years training in supermarket management with Tesco. Duncan is also the Director responsible for CVS Health & Safety.
