Biography
Andrew Sparks is a Senior Lecturer in HRM & Organisational Behaviour. Andrew has 12 years of industrial experience working in a range of positions related to human resources, organisational development and industrial relations, working with large and small companies in both the public and private sectors. He has also been teaching at universities since 1993, teaching sociology and HRM courses.Â
