Biography
Ashley Carreras is a Principle Lecturer in Economics and Decision Analysis. He is Programme Leader for the Master programmes in Economics and is an active researcher who specialises in the development of theory through consultancy. He coordinates the Problem Structuring Methods Special Interest Group for the Operations Research Society and is a regular contributor to their conferences and to the European Journal of Operations research. His main interest is in the decision making behaviour of groups, and the nature of collective action. He has taught in the UK, USA, Spain, France, Belarus, Botswana, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
