Biography
Steve is currently working on a PhD thesis relating to the public service ethos within a partnership environment. Drawing on network governance theory as well as public service ethos, it has used semi-structured interviews within two Community Safety Partnerships. These two case studies allow an assessment of the current PSE, and the way in which governance issues affect its development.
