David Telford

Biography

David Telford is the Director Information Services at Edinburgh Napier University. David is currently responsible for the strategic development and implementation of IT and Library services to support learning, research and the business of the University, and working with colleagues to deliver the University's Technology Enhanced Learning agenda both locally and internationally. He is Chair of the Universities & Colleges Information Systems Association and has a particular interest in enterprise and information architecture that delivers success to organisations. David's responsibilities extend across the University to leverage information and IT systems and processes for competitive advantage. He advises and leads on IT and information contribution to corporate strategy development and the Learning and Teaching Strategy.
