Biography
Aimee S. Weisner has been corporate vice president, general counsel, since January 2011. Prior to joining the company, Weisner was the executive vice president, administration, and secretary at Advanced Medical Optics, Inc. (AMO), where she was responsible for legal, human resources, compliance and internal audit, and previously served as general counsel. Prior to that, Weisner served as vice president, assistant general counsel and assistant secretary at Allergan. She also practiced in the corporate and securities group at the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers LLP. Weisner currently serves as a board member for Glaukos Corporation and the Orange County branch of the American Heart Association. She received a bachelor's degree in communications from California State University, Fullerton, and a juris doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
