Gamal Kassem

Biography

Gamal is Country Director for Egypt, representing the legal entity of ENGIE E&P in Egypt. Gamal has worked in the oil & gas industry since the beginning of his career, starting in 1978 as Personnel Officer in Imex International & Medi Trade Group of companies. After working for the Egyptian branch of RWE DEA from 1995 to 2009, Gamal joined ENGIE E&P in 2009 as Human Resources & Administrator Manager for our Egyptian affiliate. Here he was also acting as Deputy Managing Director and Office Manager from 2013 to 2017.

Research Interest

Gamal graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration of Cairo University in 1978. He also holds a Diploma in HR Management from 2001.
