Biography
I received my PhD in Physics in May 2009 from the University of Surrey. Preceding this, I obtained a MSc in Materials Engineering (five years course with the emphasis put on Functional Materials) from Szczecin University of Technology (Poland) in 2005. Immediately following my PhD graduation I accepted a Research Assistant position at the University of Surrey investigating the development of latex-based transparent electrode material coatings as potential replacements for Indium-Tin-Oxide. From March 2011 till September 2013 I worked as a “Postdoctoral Research Fellow” on developing highly conductive thin films for touch screen applications as well as several other disparate projects.
