Dr Allan P. Jarvis

Biography

Allan joined as a member of the Board of Directors of Prokarium in early 2015 after a long and distinguished career as VP Business Development and Strategy at Wyeth and VP Corporate Development at Sanofi Pasteur amongst others. He brings more than 40 yrs of experience in vaccines and biotechnology and represents Prokarium out of Boston, USA. Allan Jarvis is President of JBBDA, llc, a consulting organization that operates in the Vaccines and Biologicals space. Prior to this, he served for two years as a Corporate Development Advisor to Sanofi Pasteur, the Vaccine Division of Sanofi. He retired from his post as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development in 2011. During that time he oversaw Sanofi’s vaccine division’s worldwide corporate development function and was responsible for managing the company’s growth through alliances, joint-ventures, partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and the licensing of products and technology.
